IZHUB Cleaning Services

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by IZHUB Cleaning Services.
1. Services
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services, including (but not limited to):
End-of-tenancy cleaning
Move-in / move-out cleaning
Local residential cleans
Services are provided in Wiltshire and Hampshire.
2. Bookings
All bookings must be confirmed in advance
Accurate information must be provided about the property and service required
Additional charges may apply if the property condition differs significantly from what was described
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are agreed before work begins
Payment terms will be communicated at booking
Late payments may result in refusal of future services
4. Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee
5. Access to property
Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property
We are not responsible for delays caused by lack of access
6. Customer responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Remove personal valuables where possible
Inform us of fragile, hazardous, or high-risk areas
Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available if required
7. Satisfaction and complaints
Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns promptly
8. Liability
We hold appropriate care while delivering services
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues caused by incorrect client information
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided
9. Health & safety
We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe for our staff.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
